Who we are

PT Miranti Adilha ("we"), of Jl. Gajah Mada No. 3, Gunung Pangilun, Padang, West Sumatra, is the controller of the personal data you submit through the forms on mirantiadilha.id.

Data we collect

• Name, job title, and the name of your organisation, shop or company.
• WhatsApp number and email address.
• Business area and the details of your needs that you write.

We do not ask for specific personal data such as patient health data, biometric data or personal financial data through this website. Please do not enter it in the forms.

Purpose of processing

Data is used only to respond to your request: sending quotes or product information, following up outlet registrations, or exploring distribution partnerships. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form.

Storage and parties involved

Data is recorded in the company's Google Sheets and follow-up conversations take place on WhatsApp. Access is limited to the sales and business development staff handling your request. We do not sell or rent your data to others.

Data is kept for no longer than 2 years after the last communication, unless you become a customer or partner and the data is needed for that business relationship.

Your rights

Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
